Located just 5 kms from Mudgee you may explore the many attractions of the region with ease. Tom's Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. SNUGL Tiny House

Welcome to SNUGL tiny house, nestled in a woodland clearing beneath Kandos’ sandstone cliffs. You share with loads of colourful parrots, honeyeaters, blue wrens and our resident satin bowerbirds. Kangaroos often graze in the morning. Although it feels rural, SNUGL is in-town close to the IGA, bottlo & other amenities. The tiny house is beautifully appointed with a large timber deck and all the facilities you expect including wi-fi, Baby Weber Q BBQ, firepit, and TV.
