The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca.
