Apartment Anita features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms and one sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms and a powder room. There is a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair and a comfortable sofa-bed on the ground floor. Terrace, access to a swimming pool shared with another apartment. Towels can be changed. Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 15m2 patio.
