Prytz House: A spacious Victorian shopkeep's manse above what was originally a dry goods store, midway between San Francisco and the Napa Valley. At approximately 3,250 square feet (300 m²), including 10 total rooms, a 500 square foot (50 m²) roof deck with a bay view, & a rose garden patio, there's plenty of space to stretch out, both inside and out. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Right on the Russian River, our cabin is a great getaway for wine tasting, river fun (beach, canoe/kayak/SUPs), and Healdsburg (9 min). Built in 1949, we've kept the cabin's rustic charm (the antlers and the moose mount came with the place!), but updated it with modern design and conveniences. Perfect for couples or a family.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
