The Harbinson Homestead

This cozy log-cabin was built by hand in 1929 and remains a living work of art. Located in the rolling hills of Homer, just 20 min. from Downtown, this stunning old homestead offers an authentic Alaskan experience with mountain views! Accommodations: 3 beds (1 Queen, 2 Twins), a full kitchen w/running water, modern Toyo heater and wood stove, a tidy outhouse, and a genuine Nordic Spa (sauna/coldplunge). Cozy Yurt

This is a 14' dry yurt above Bear Canyon. Canyon Rim Trail runs just outside your door. During your stay, you'll take in beautiful views of Kachemak Bay and the Homer Spit. We are located east of Homer, 1/2 mile above the walking/biking path that runs from Homer along East End Road. We are also just 1/2 mile (a 10 minute walk) from Bear Creek Winery.
