Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with its contemporary art deco interior design and bold furnishings. The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that a trundler bed can be brought in & is located in the main living space which is subject to noise from little feet above.

This is a dog-friendly, self-contained 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and your dogs. No other pets allowed. It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.

We're down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, so you’ll wake to native bird song from the gully, not traffic noise. Whether you're working, on holiday, here for an event, seeking a calm oasis or looking for a romantic rendezvous, the Hideaway is a lovely place to stay.

Enjoy your visit to this newly built modern centrally located studio. Only 5 minutes drive to the City Centre, The Base, The Waikato Stadium and The GLOBOX Event Centre and 10 minutes to the Hamilton Gardens. Take a stroll to the St Andrews Village & enjoy a coffee/breakfast or lunch at the St Andrews Fishing Club Cafe or any of the 3 Takeaway Eateries. Cycle or walk the river pathway.
