Évadez-vous dans cette charmante maison moderne, nichée dans une impasse paisible de Sauvagnon, sans vis- à-vis. Alliant un style contemporain à la chaleur des matériaux naturels, notre logement est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour les couples, les familles ou les voyageurs d'affaires qui souhaitent se ressourcer, offrant une vue sur les Pyrénées ! La maisonnette se situe à quelques mètres de notre maison principale, nous serons donc disponible en cas de problème (sauf durant nos congés)

Notre gîte de rénovation récente est situé à 200 m d'un lac, en pleine nature dans un cadre relaxant propice à la déconnexion. Attenant à notre petite ferme, vous pourrez admirer nos animaux et profiter de la vie à la campagne. Une grande piscine hors sol commune est à votre disposition ainsi qu'une salle de jeu avec baby foot. Nombreuses randonnées; Vignobles Madiranais à 2 pas. 5 minutes walk from the bustling village of Plaisance and 14km from Marciac, famous for the annual jazz festival. In the heart of the Plaimont wine area, local bars and restaurants are easily reached as are Aignan and Lupiac with their swimming lakes and lakeside restaurants. We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

Lakeside house - Marciac

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.
