Sleeps 6 (+3) (8-12 from June 2026) Large modern open plan kitchen with open fire, traditional snug with wood-burner, large patio with fire-pit, pickleball court. An inn has existed at this crossroads for centuries. The building dates back to the 1600s. We sensitively restored the property in 2021 conserving the lime-washed walls and beams and creating a light and spacious living area. Sole use of 3 acre field.

Relaxing location - Lower Cresswell is a Georgian farm set in 36 acres of beautiful pastures, and ancient woodland, and home to Herdwick sheep, Pet pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens and waterfowl, with views stretching over the Carmarthenshire countryside. Our guests choose to stay because it is small friendly campsite and for the quiet environment. Double pocket sprung bed and a double pocket sprung sofa bed. Large wet room and Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge etc. A pint of milk provided and tea and coffee. With a firepit and seating area outside so you can relax and enjoy the country views by day and the starry nights.

Cwmderi, a green valley.

Cwmderi is an old Welsh cottage at the heart of a working farm and with superb views of the Cynin valley. The cottage has been restored in an open-plan style to a very high standard in traditional ways using local materials, at its centre is a large wood stove. There are places for picnics on the farm and plenty of quiet walking routes around the area.
