La maison Les Petits-Ducs vous accueille à Mauzens-et-Miremont, en plein Périgord Noir ! Il s'agit d'une superbe maison en pierres, comprenant un grand séjour avec cheminée et espace repas, une cuisine équipée avec arrière-cuisine / buanderie, un salon télé, 6 chambres, 4 salles de bain ou d'eau, 4 WC. La maison est située en pleine nature, au milieu d'une grande parcelle boisée de trois hectares et demi. Vous pourrez profiter également d'une belle piscine au sel 14x7m (ouverte mai à septembre).

Vous apprécierez mon logement car La villa est nichée dans un domaine privé sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat, très spacieuse et confortable, climatisée et parfaitement équipée. Vue panoramique sur la campagne.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). La piscine est chauffée de mai à septembre.
