En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

Le Mazot au fil de l’Ô vous promet une parenthèse hors du temps. Niché dans un hameau alpin paisible, ce cocon entre chalet et cabane est bordé de deux ruisseaux, en pleine nature. À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
