Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. It provides a comfortable lounge/diner with new sofa bed (tempur top mattress) and separate chair. Dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with `L` bath and shower, and a large separate toilet. A recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Large outside play area, with games, and private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

This is an ideal base for those seeking walking or cycling holidays in wonderful countryside or as a base for day tripping to Mont St Michel and Normandy Beaches to the North or to the vineyards of Vouvray and Chateaux's of the Loire in the South.
