Next to the swimming pool and a communal path and own bbq (braai) and garden furniture. Small bathroom through the kitchen ( basin toilet shower). Gas stove. Ceiling fans only. 1 Large bedroom. Lounge & dining. Appliances, furniture and decor vary ( new, old, handmade bought) items. NOT modern but simple & functional arty. No TV.

A well-equipped self-catering flat. The main bedroom has a king bed, which can be converted into twin beds and lounge has two sleeper couches plus single or bunk bed. Ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and the living area has a ceiling fan and air-con (metered) There is a small outside area with a garden set. Braai available on request. The complex is close to all shops and restaurants and the gardens are beautifully looked after and there is a large communal sparkling pool.
