Il comprend 1 pièce de vie avec kitchinette équipée, coin salon avec canapé lit, télévision, rangement. 1 chambre 1 lit (160 x 200) et son espace douche, placard, toilette séparée. A disposition parking, piscine (8x4) partagée avec le propriétaire, terrasse avec table, chaises, plancha, transats, parasol, douche. Non fumeur, pas d’animaux.

The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2. Each room has their own bathroom.
