There are guest profiles on Netflix, Amazon Video & Disney+ available to watch on the 55inch tv in the sitting room, as well as tea, coffee, a fridge, microwave and small air fryer. There are seating areas on both the decking and patio as well as access to our shared garden.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.
