Er is een tweepersoonsbed, kledingkast, twee comfortabele zitstoelen, een keukenhoek met gasfornuis, eettafel en een badkamer met douche. Voor koude dagen is er een haardvuur. Le moulin se trouve sur une propriété viticole, à une distance de 15 à 30 mn des grands crus classés de St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Proche des plages océanes d'Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (de 25 à 40mn) Bordeaux se situe à 1 h.
