Location is really the best you can get in Cannes for your holidays or business trip. All is around you for this amazing address. You are on the Boulevard de la Croisette,on first line in front of seaside. Palais Miramar is one of the most important buldings in Cannes town. The apartment is new, completely renovated in June 2018, very well decorated and extremely confortable for 4 people sleeping.(2 pers bedroom 2 pers extremely comfortable sofà bed ) In Cannes ,Boulevard de la Croisette offers you an incredibile choice of restaurants. The apartment is spacious to be in this area, there is a living room with an open space kitchen, a balcony with seaside view, a bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, a bathroom with WC. The bedroom has a large bed (200 x 180) a wooden sliding door, and decorated with wooden sculpture. You can charge phone/tablets inside. The living room area offers a large double sofà bed extremely confortable with a very good and large mattress. Two persons sleep there very well. The sofà bed is easy to use open/close in one click.( Italian Brand) A large flat screen Tv is in the living room where you can watch movies and many channels.(50pl) There is a table for 4 to 8 persons with 4 chairs. The kitchen is open space, fully equipped to prepare delicious home french meals. A fridge, microwaves, dishwasher are there. Kitchen is very easy to use and clean during your stay. Everything you need is there, and of course Nespresso Machine isn't missing !!!!!! ( capsule sellers just 10 from the apartment) The apartment is decorated with natural pieces/sculpture and is totally white wich is very relaxing when at home. The bathroom comes with a large shower, perfect for 2 persons at same time. Bathroom is extremely clean and very bright. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e comodo e si vede dal balcone il mare. Il Palais Miramar ha un servizio di guardiania 24h/24h ed è un palazzo molto sicuro. You just need to cross Boulevard de la Croisette to be on the sand and enjoy the fantastic cristalline water of the sea with all typical and different restaurants on the beach. Palais des congres is only 5 minutes from the apartment. Baoli or Suquet 8 mins. The apartment beeing very central everything is around you. - taxi station in 2 min walking. - bus station. - Bike rentals. - Uber taxi. - motorbike rentals. The neighbourhood is so close to town but its lovely and quiet and you cant beat relaxing outside sipping coffee or a wine on the balcony, utter bliss. You have full access to the whole of our two bedroom apartment. We will be contactable by phone and will be in the South of France The apartment is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. It's a three-minute walk to local shops, and five minutes into town or to the famous Marché Forville food market. All transport is within a five-minute walk. The train and main bus station is only a five minute walk. The airport bus direct is a seven minute walk. The airport is only 30-40 minutes drive to Nice airport. You can park on any of the roads around where we live, best time to park is between 8-11 am and 5-7pm
