Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. This property has an open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, hand scraped Acacia wood floors, a gas fireplace and territorial views. The kitchen has plenty of amenities and features a large island, maple cabinets, granite counters, and black stainless-steel appliances. The primary suite has a tray ceiling, large walk-in closet, double sinks, and a six-foot soaking tub.
