You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Cozy Cottage nestled in the woods on a mountain in Hot Springs. This is a perfect place for a quiet getaway, while located near downtown Hot Springs. A small deck allows you the space to relax and enjoy the scenery of nature where deer are often seen. 7 miles from the bathhouses of downtown Hot Springs. 8 miles from Oaklawn racing and casino. 10 miles from Lake Hamilton public boat launch. 4 miles from Magic Springs. 3.6 miles to off road park. Amazing scenic bridge to property.

Amazing pebbled floored shower with marble vanity in the bathroom. This unit is my smallest, it’s like staying in a tiny house. It does have the largest covered patio. No view of lake , However you do have acess to the lake front by walking down right hand side of property. Fishing Fire Pit.

Blue Heron Tiny House

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

All ABOARD! Run away from reality to our train themed cabin with treehouse views. This is the most remote cabin on our property with unique features that you can choo-choo choose to use: Our queen size passenger car bed so you can sleep soundly on the rails; complete with vintage wheels, railcar door headboard & track Train trestle cabinets with some of the prettiest volcanic granite we've found Walls of windows for views of the Ouachita mountains

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

Ivy Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Ivy Cottage is located in downtown Little Rock in the Pettaway neighborhood. This community is a hub of newly built/remodeled unique homes. Located within a 2 minute drive to SoMa's food scene, 5 minutes to The River Market and The Clinton Library & Museum, and 6 minutes to the Airport. There is a children’s park and the newly launched Pettaway Square 3 blocks away.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
