Finally, enjoy the view of the hills on the upper terrace after your day of adventure. We have recently installed an EV charger, please see the listing photos for more information.

Baltzor Farm and Guesthouse is fewer than 2 miles from some of Bend's amazing breweries and restaurants. Smith Rock and Mt. Bachelor are both within 30 minutes of the guesthouse. Catch a concert, float the Deschutes, or go on a bike ride. Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Our home is a short walk from the crystal-clear waters of the Deschutes River, which you can access through a private neighborhood marina. You can enjoy hiking, floating, kayaking, or skiing and snowshoeing nearby. It is the perfect base camp for exploring all that the area has to offer.

Lone Wolf Cabin, pet friendly

Lone Wolf Cabin is situated on a gated road in a forest setting. It is the only residence on the road. It is about 2 miles from both Oakridge and Westfir which makes it convenient for mountain bike riding, hiking, golfing and dining out. There are both Forest Service Trails and game trails near the cabin. The cabin is rustic with modern conveniences. Weekly discount is $500.00

River Song Cottage

Let the river sing you to sleep in this sweet and brand new little cottage. Our place is within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores for any supplies you may need when you hit the trails. Or, you could just hang out here, cast a fly, launch a raft or enjoy the sounds and sights of the beautiful middle fork of the Willamette River, just being.
