Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings in the guest wing. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Master suite with sitting room, master bathroom, outdoor patio and zen atrium, second bedroom are fully private. All other spaces may be shared. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. This listing is usually available only when we are traveling. We have a trusted housekeeper who will assist you. The house is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. It's between five and 15 minutes to drive to the airport, multiple restaurants, nightlife spots, hiking, and sporting venues. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber/Lyft service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. The second bedroom/den/gym accesses the atrium which looks into the master bathroom. The doorway between the master bedroom and the master bath does not have a door.
