Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

We have pets but in separate part of house/yard. Minutes from town & Presbyterian College. Perfect for tours, sports. Apartment was previously used for family. Quaint/rustic, perfect for private stays.

Maggie's Lake House

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
