Au coeur du Pays Cathare, entre les villages de Lapradelle et de Caudiès (100m de la D117), à deux pas des châteaux, ce gite de 60 m2 sur deux étages profite d’une totale tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure avec un terrain arboré indépendant de 1000 m2 . Cette petite maison à proximité de notre domicile est en pierres apparentes et saura vous protéger des ardeurs de l’été. Pied à terre idéal pour vos randonnées nature ou culturelles ainsi que pour la pratique des sports d’eau-vive.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

In a charming village at the end of the world, this new wooden chalet, built on stilts facing the Pic Canigou, will enchant you with its calm and unspoiled environment. It dominates the village and its torrent on a large wooded and green ground. Outdoor activities and visits to the surrounding area are numerous and varied. You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle. You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden. Rabouillet is a peaceful village in beautiful unspoilt countryside ideal for hiking. Many walks nearby, even starting from the house itself. Interesting daytrips include Chateau Cathares, natural gorges, Romanesque Abbeys, picturesque villages, Collioure and the mediterranean coast.

A côté de Prades, capitale du Conflent au pied du massif du Canigou, maison au cœur du village de Los-Masos Ideallement située entre mer et montagne(45km), l'Espagne en moins d'une heure, point de départ vers les châteaux cathares (Queribus), Carcassonne, ou bien pour pratiquer la randonnée ou bien le Canyoning (gorges du llech).
