Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen. Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beim Haus !

In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Es gibt Wasserfälle, wunderschöne Almen, ein geniales Freibad speziell für Kinder, Minigolf, eine Sommerrodelbahn. Frühstück € 15 pro Person.

Der Stefflhof ist seit 100 Jahren im Besitz unser Familie, das Haus selbst ist wesentlich älter. Hier leben 100 Rinder, Katzen und Hühner. Schon in der 3. Generation ist unser Haus auch Gästehaus. Das Herz des Hauses ist die "Stubn". Hier trifft man sich abends zum spielen, erzählen und auf das eine oder andere "Glasl". Wir haben DIE Tipps für Ausflüge und Touren, für Gasthäuser und urige Hütten. Schaut in den Stall, probiert Selbstgemachtes, erzählt uns von Euch - wir freuen uns drauf!

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)
