This little home sleeps 5 with a King bed in the main bedroom. A luxury pullout Queen in the living room & a Twin pull-out for extra room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to whip up your gourmet meals. It also has a private hot tub tucked on the back of this quiet retreat. Perfectly located next to our glistening stocked pond.

Bask in nature with a large deck overlooking the pond/pasture w/hot tub, outdoor shower, Blackstone grill and fire table. Bernhardt Winery is a mile away and Ren Fest is under 10 miles away. Guest can use the pasture/woods with walking trails, wood fire pit and kayak.

This is a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful sunset and sunrise at the lake in Sam Houston National Forest with the geese, the ducks, and the birds, and keeping an eye out for the deer enjoying the lake. There's lots of scenery on the drive to the cottage (forests, wildlife, lakes, countryside, wineries, farms, wedding venues, etc.); you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera.

There's lots of scenery (forests, wildlife, lakes, countryside, etc.); you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera!

Nestled next to one of two creeks on the property you can relax on the front porch, take nature walks, swim in Nelson Creek or sit beneath the pines and watch the stars at night from the private hot tub. The cabin is a studio setup with a comfy queen bed. The sun room has a daybed with a floor trundle. Coffee and bottled water provided.
