In un punto panoramico di Fossacesia è situata la Colle dell'Erco House. Questo secondo monolocale è sito al piano terra. Dotato di zanzariere, ingresso indipendente, area esterna relax con tavolino esterno, disponibile wifi, parcheggio immerso tra gli ulivi. Ci troviamo a 3 km dal mare della Costa dei trabocchi e della pista ciclabile Via Verde (5 minuti di macchina) a 5 minuti a piedi dal paese con ristoranti e servizi e dall'Abbazia di S. Giovanni in Venere. La casa è dotata di autoclave.

Antico casolare dei miei nonni, ristrutturato da poco nel rispetto della tradizione, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Immerso nella campagna, adatto per un periodo di relax lontano dal caos, con un'ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente mare, montagna, laghi, piscine termali, discese in gommone sul fiume, escursioni e tanto altro. A sera potrete gustare la cucina nei vari locali che contraddistinguono il nostro territorio. Inoltre effettuo trattamenti Reiki e meditazione non in loco.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

We are above the famous Trabocco Turchino and very close to the Via Verde, a fabulous cycling path, where you can find bars, restaurants, and typical small coves

Staccare la spina dagli impegni quotidiani, dallo stress del lavoro e magari anche dalla tecnologia è quello che ci vuole per ritrovare noi stessi. "Baita la Loggia" è un grazioso Appartamento, situato nel verde del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga a 3 km da Farindola. Noi lo riteniamo un piccolo angolo di paradiso per gli amanti della natura, delle passeggiate in mezzo al bosco, dello sport, e del relax . Ma sta a voi poi scoprirlo e deciderlo.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La casina, ubicata nel cuore storico di Termoli. All’interno troverete un piccolo bagno con piano doccia e lavatrice. Una camera con un comodo letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, un ampio armadio e una Smart tv con Netflix! All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.
