It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

Ca’ degli Orti , con piccolo giardino a Bologna

Ca' degli Orti has parking in the street (free from 18 to 8:00 and Sundays) and a big parking area only at few minutes from the house. The bus stop is at 1 min. and it takes just 10 -15 minutes to arrive to the city center. Outdoor patio with table and chairs to eat and relax. Sitting room with a sofa-bed, confortable for two people. The bedroom has two beds that can be prepared joined or separated and if requested, a bed for children (max. 4 years).

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze.
