The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Cozy Studio is located in a quiet residential neighbor with secure off street parking. Whether you choose to relax in my comfortably furnished studio or enjoy the private outdoor patio, my home will provide a serene retreat. From the house, it is a ten minute walk to downtown. Home features smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, and Sling. It also features high-speed wifi and air conditioning. Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs .
