This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
