Hey Ya'll! Welcome to our 1 bedroom apartment remodel. We are 4 miles from the the new Q2 Soccer stadium, Domain, Dell, and Samsung. Only 15min to downtown, Formula 1, Lake Travis, Greenbelt, and Austin Airport. This converted living space is filled with everything you could need on your trip including a small kitchen with sink, microwave, large fridge, coffee, tea, private patio with table, and a brand new luxury bathroom. We have a 6inch memory foam tri-fold mattress for 2 additional guest.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.
