This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

The home is located close to downtown and just a short distance to historical Gruene, NB square, and crystal clear Comal/Guadalupe Rivers. King size beds in every bedroom. Has room for additional guests with xl-lrg twin roll-out beds. We are a dog-friendly property (pet fee & approval required). Located in the heart of East Austin, this rental offers quick access to major roadways; just 8 miles from downtown Austin and 9 miles from the airport. With 2 bedrooms, each with its own queen bed, and 1 bathroom, our living space is perfect for a small group looking to explore all that Austin has to offer.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

Cute, roomy and airy cottage with a country feel. 20 minutes south of downtown Austin. Secluded enough to see the stars. Romantic retreat within easy reach of ACL, SXSW and COTA. Pet friendly for well-behaved dogs and cats. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The pool is shared only with our house. It is set well back from the house for privacy, and guests can reserve pool times via an online calendar wo you'll have the pool to yourselves. About 15 minutes from ACL festival site.
