This unit has all indoor space on the second level. It has three bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and a guest half bath with access to and third level outdoor terrace. The unit is 100ft. deep and snakes from front to rear to maximize windows and light. There are six gas fireplaces with one in each bedroom, one in the living room media room and outdoor terrace. The floor plan is open from the media room in front through the kitchen, dining room and living room.
