The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Walking distance to Paradise Beach Reserve with a children’s playground, gym park and beautiful walking tracks. The St George’s Basin boat ramp is close by for fishing, boating and water activities.
