Osupljiv razgled na morje (in plažo!) od Hengistburyja do zaliva Poole. Iz hiše se sliši pranje morja. Kratek sprehod vas popelje do veličastnih sedem milj dolgih zlatih plaž. 34' dolg zimski vrt/vrt s teraso.
