Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Modern, Peaceful Home in Rio Rancho

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

Walking distance from galleries, restaurants, wineries/breweries and located between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Corrales' pastoral charm provides the perfect getaway from the day's activities. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

Raven House

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!
