Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Our property is in somerset village with banks,shops and restaurants (it is also a 2min walk to the bus & beaches -5min to ferry and supermarkets) It also has a fabulous resort near by that offers a variety of water sport and even a spa. The Royal Naval Dockyard is also near by- full of alternative activities to enhance your vacation including- museums, art galleries, karaoke, dancing, etc.

Also, take a walk to see the world's smallest drawbridge. The bus stop is directly outside of the home, and it is a 20-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the nearest ferry.

Open plan living, full kitchen, queen size bed, porch to relax on, outdoor shower and EV vehicle charger. The property has views over Ely's Harbour on one side (and dock to swim or kayak from) and on the other side, steps to the ocean, shallow water and snorkeling on the reefs. We are close to 'Faraway Cottage' so ideal for two couples travelling together.

Somerset Village is a 10 minute walk away with a pharmacy, bus stop, take-out and liquor store.
