Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Muy bien comunicado con Metro-Bus-Tranvia-Tren. Terraza 75m con muebles(sofá, sillones, mesas) y plantas para un descanso placentero. Apartamento muy luminoso limpio y confortable con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila con cafeterías, bares y buenos restaurantes a buen precio. Parking municipal gratis muy cerca.
