Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Very special two-story cottage within walking distance of downtown and the Rail Yard. Two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms upstairs, kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on main floor. Large windows admit beautiful light, outdoor patio has seating, dining areas and gas grill. Centrally located, this charming home features a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. We have four fireplaces in the house; the one in the master bedrooms upstairs can be used to burn wood.

The main room has a kiva fireplace & sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

Casa Alameda, is real treat a luxury home ideal for a romantic getaway, couples traveling together or families. Incredibly peaceful, sunny and located smack in the middle of everything you want to do in Santa Fe. Across the street from walking paths along the Santa Fe River. Can be booked for larger groups with Casita Alameda on the lower unit. Great for weddings or family reunions. Close but not too close...wink, wink.

The design of Casa Blanca was Inspired by my mother, who is an elegant and classy Italian Diva. I designed the windows to view different trees for her to see their colors change through the seasons.
