The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
