Villa Giufra is a newly built property located about 650m from the lovely beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just a few kilometers from the town of Ispica.<br><br>The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.<br><br>The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.<br><br>
