An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

Very quiet, on a very peacefull village. Swimming area close by, water stream with fish, great for hiking, bird watching and canyoning. 20 mins to furnas lake by car. Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).
