The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

It's a short drive to the Snowy Range and Sierra Madre mountains where you can find fishing, snowmobiling, hiking and off-road adventure. Garage space for ATV's & trailer parking available. We are located about 30 miles from I80 on Hwy 130.

Just 11 miles from Saratoga you have the best of both worlds, perfect country quiet cabin with the amenities of town just a short drive away. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter.
