Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Appartamento indipendente, di nuova ristrutturazione e rifinito nei dettagli, è dotato di due ampie camere doppie con relativi bagni completamente accessoriati; soggiorno con smart tv a schermo piatto, connessione WI-FI, cucina con lavastoviglie forno e forno a microonde ; lavatrice, impianto di riscaldamento e aria condizionata. L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro, circondato da bar, ristoranti, negozi,piazze e chiese e distante pochi minuti dalle più belle spiagge del Sinis.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Appartamento situato in collina nella località di Torre del Pozzo, si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare, si apprezza la tranquillità e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Le spiagge più vicine distano pochi minuti di macchina e la città principale, Oristano, è a 20 minuti. Nella zona ci sono bar, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti tipici, due piccoli market e una gelateria. Nel vicino paese di Riola Sardo si trova un supermercato, la banca, la farmacia e altri servizi.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
