If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You cannot beat the views here! Absolutely stunning! My mother and sister, Lucy, stayed at this home with our family July 2021. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded beach towns. We loved the house so much, that we asked the Superhost owner to let us know if he ever wanted to sell it. He did, and the rest is history! Enjoy fishing and crabbing directly off the dock or enjoy a day at the beach.

Family and pet friendly close to Caney Creek, Sargent Beach and Gulf of Mexico! Fisherman's lodge with access across the street from Caney Creek with private fishing pier. RV Hook up on property available for an extra fee. Launch your boat at the public ramp two blocks away and dock it at our private dock. Dock has an ice machine and fish cleaning station with sink, water and electricity! Bring your family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Freeport Studios- Near Surfside Beach

Freeport Studios boasts beautiful grounds featuring 200 fully furnished studios with equipped kitchens and 2 three-bedroom homes. Our Studios are 10-15 min from the beach (Surfside/Quintana) Each studio includes a washer and dryer and access to several amenities such as grilling pavilions, a fitness center, and a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table. Onsite bar Mon-Sat eves with food trucks and live music or a DJ on special days.
