My place is a 400 sq.m luxury villa with 3 floors,with an internal staircase, that can accommodate 18 people.The ground floor (140 sq.m) has an individual entrance ( 4 persons). The first and second floor is a single space with an individual entrance ( 10 persons). The surrouging area is private, it has 3 parkings, big and beatiful garden, big swimming pool, private court tennis and a great view to green hills and the sea. It's suitable for couples, families (with children) and big groups.
