Simple- not fancy -pet friendly place. I allow for pets so keep it simple but clean. Located in the city centre - easy access to all areas of town. It is a one room with a double bed and a futon couch in the living room. 8ft ceilings make it feel open. Fully furnished with wi-fi, full-bath and furnished kitchen with shared laundry. As stated in the bio I have children so noise can be minor during parts of the day, but I keep it quiet at night. Please contact if interested.

Erik’s Basement

Large, bright space, with room for the whole family, pets included! This is a basement, with the host living on the main floor. Amenities include what you’d find in a typical hotel, so while there isn’t a full kitchen, there is still a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dining area. There is a shared laundry area in the suite. For stays longer than a week, I will likely need to coordinate a time to be able to do my laundry, but it would not be a frequent thing.
