Its name is both a nod to Bird Island on Strangford Lough and a reflection of our aim to create a cosy nest in which guests feel snug, comfy and relaxed. The cottage has recently been renovated but retains its historic charm. The furnishings are a mix of antique, vintage and second-hand finds that come together to create a cosy, relaxed, eclectic vibe that's stylish and reflects our commitment to recycle and re-use.

Please note: The HOT TUB is an add-on and will incur an extra charge if required: (100 GBP per stay payable upon arrival). Only available upon request and a minimum of 1 days notice required.

Dream Catcher Apartment is an immaculate and newly renovated one bedroom apartment located in the centre of the historic town of Downpatrick. The apartment comprises of an open plan living area with high spec fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom and separate 1 bedroom.
