Villa with Jacuzzi & breathtaking view AmalfiCoast

Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

ANGELO COUNTRYHOUSE

Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

La Romantica si trova nella zona più antica del castello e vi accoglierà in un ambiente luminoso, caldo e raffinato. L'ingresso privato, gli ampi spazi, 65mq, le due finestre che affacciano nel verde del sottostante Fossato, le antiche mura in pietra, il pavimento in cemento, i divani ed i mobili antichi la rendono un luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax che vi riporteranno indietro nel tempo con le comodità del presente a cui d’inverno si aggiungeranno la magia ed il calore del camino!

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villetta indipendente e soleggiatissima. Immersa tra il verde della campagna agerolese, con patio e giardino godibile. Situata ad AGEROLA. ATTENZIONE! DISTA DAL MARE CIRCA 30 MINUTI IN AUTO! E' dotato di zanzariere ed è composto da: ingresso, camera con armadio a ponte -il letto matrimoniale può trasformarsi in due letti singoli-, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, caminetto, angolo cottura, terrazzino con vista mare, TV, uso della lavatrice. Ideale per una coppia. No posto auto.

E' situato in campagna, in un luogo panoramico e tranquillo, fuori dal centro abitato, con parcheggio privato e ampio giardino. L’appartamento è adatto a coppie, famiglie anche con bambini e gruppi di amici
