Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Shore Lucky at Sunset

Locally owned house located on the southeast side of Seneca Lake. Shore Lucky at Sunset can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a separate Honeymoon Hut, and 2 porches overlooking the lake. A private beach and covered dock for swimming or relaxing. Beautiful sunsets. NASCAR weekend and between Memorial Day and Labor Day minimum stay requirement is 3 nights. All other times of the year minimum stay requirement is 2 nights.
