I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

This home has fabulous views of the mighty Mississippi, with plenty of space to allow you to absorb the beautiful atmosphere and relax comfortably. There is plenty of parking space , and it also has its own boat launch and dock . Lots of room for entertainment indoors and out .
