La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La Casa di Yorik casa è vicina a Torino,(40km) ad Asti(15km) ad Alba(25 km) E' rifinita con gusto e design, super accogliente, attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, immersa nella Natura, tra le Colline ed i Vigneti del Monferrato. Ti piacerà per l'atmosfera, lo spazio e la posizione, La Casa di Yorik è adatta a coppie, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi e amici pelosi (animali domestici), inoltre si possono organizzare feste ed eventi previa accordi specifici con l'host.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
