It has a comfortable queen suite and full kitchen facility, so you and your partner would be comfortable here for a couple of nights, a couple of weeks or longer!Equiped with a small office to make working comfy, and close enough to travel to Tekapo for hot pools, ice skating and skiing without the usual high accommodation costs. The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

This huge architecturally designed house was built in the 80’s and recently renovated with new paint, new floors, curtains, bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect escape for the large family or group that wants to be close to town but still enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the South Canterbury countryside. 10 minutes to Timaru CBD and beautiful Caroline Bay, 8 minutes to Pleasant Point, 25 minutes to beautiful Geraldine and just over an hour to the gorgeous tourist destination of Tekapo.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

A private, peaceful, self-contained 2 bedroom modern unit on a lifestyle block. Developed native plants and grounds. Stunning views out towards the 4 peaks mts. Handy location from Geraldine (6kms). A perfect base from which to enjoy walks, cycling and sightseeing (Fairlie, Tekapo, Aoraki, Omarama, Oamaru, Peel Forest), skiing (Roundhill, Tekapo, Mt Hutt). A perfect spot to rest and recharge for tourists traveling from Queenstown to Chch before flying home.

This beach bungalow has the ocean literally at its doorstep. This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

The newly built cabin is exquisitely styled, with a restful and calming vibe.

Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.

Country Cabin

The warm and cosy cabin is a self contained unit detached from the main house, with BBQ, private deck and restful native garden. You will have your own access/key and off road parking. Our place is great for couples. On navman route, we are 2 hours from Christchurch and 4 hours to Queenstown. Only 1 hour from Mt Hutt ski field and 1 hour from Mt Dobson ski field. Aoraki Mount Cook is 2 hours distance and Tekapo is 1 hour.
